Martin Krejčí is a partner of KŠB. In his practice, Martin focuses mainly on banking and financial law and project financing (including PPP), real estate law, company law (including group law), mergers and acquisitions.

Advising Mattoni 1873 on the acquisition of Serbia’s largest mineral water producer – Knjaz Milos – and on the financing of the acquisition of PepsiCo’s operations on the Czech, Slovak and Hungarian markets.

Advising O2 Czech Republic on a loan granted by a syndicate of Czech banks and a Schuldschein loan.

Advising the investment and real estate group ARETE on the refinancing of 11 real estate companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
