Martin Krejčí is a partner of KŠB. In his practice, Martin focuses mainly on banking and financial law and project financing (including PPP), real estate law, company law (including group law), mergers and acquisitions.

Martin Krejci frequently assists with the negotiation of facility agreements, financing deals and restructurings, acting for an impressive portfolio of clients ranging from financial institutions to food and beverage companies and real estate investors.
