KŠB assisted with the financing of the MOSAIQ Beroun project
KŠB provided legal advice to Avisum Beroun, a member of the Go4Home Group, in connection with the financing of the construction of the residential project MOSAIQ Beroun, secured by Trinity Bank.

The MOSAIQ Beroun project represents a modern park district covering 3.5 hectares of greenery, just a few hundred metres from the border of the Křivoklátsko Protected Landscape Area. It will offer more than 200 apartments combining comfortable living with nature and easy access to the town.
Go4Home Group is a Czech development company focused on revitalising brownfields and creating new spaces for living. Its projects stand out for their emphasis on architectural quality, environmental sustainability, and well-thought-out civic amenities. They typically include urban greenery, playgrounds, sports areas, shops, and other elements that contribute to a modern and functional urban infrastructure.
The KŠB team was led by Tomáš Trávníček, supervised by partner Martin Krejčí, and included also David Nepustil.
