KŠB assisted Seyfor with the extension of its financing provided by Raiffeisenbank, Tatra banka and, newly, Slovenská sporiteľňa.
The KŠB team provided legal advice to its long-standing client Seyfor in connection with the continuation and expansion of its syndicated financing. The existing lending banks, Raiffeisenbank Czech Republic and Tatra banka, decided to continue supporting Seyfor’s growth, with Slovenská sporiteľňa joining the financing as a new lender.
For Seyfor, one of the most significant technology players in the Central European region, this represents a strategic step aimed at strengthening the scope of its M&A activities and supporting further expansion into European markets.
The KŠB team, led by Martin Krejčí and Tomáš Trávníček, supported by David Nepustil, was responsible for the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation and supported the client in coordinating all parties involved.
