KŠB's Success in Chambers Global Guide 2025

In the latest Chambers Global Guide 2025, one of the most prestigious international rankings of law firms, KŠB once again reaffirms its position among the leading law firms. This year, we have succeeded in all four evaluated categories and achieved significant advancements, including an increase in the number of recommended colleagues.
  • In the area of Dispute resolution, we have reaffirmed our leading position, and Pavel Dejl is once again recognized as one of the top experts in the Czech Republic. Clients perceive him as „an expert with a wide range of knowledge and skills. He is great at conducting commercial negotiations, litigation and analysing a client's position in a particular situation.“
  • In the area of Corporate / M&A, we are celebrating a significant success – our team has moved up to a higher ranking category. Additionally, alongside the long-recognized Dagmar Dubecká („Dagmar Dubecká is always helpful, available and proactively offers the best solutions.”) and Martin Šolc („appreciated for the breadth of his expertise in handling complex and often cross-border acquisitions across the hospitality and mobility solutions sectors”) Jana Guričová has also been newly included among the recommended lawyers („Jana Guričová (Associates to Watch) enters the rankings this year aftergaining solid recognition for her activity the Czech Republic's M&A sphere.“).
  • Our position has also strengthened in the area of Banking Martin Krejčí („Martin Krejčí provides excellent service.”), has moved up a ranking category, and he is now joined by Ivo Průša („Ivo Průša is an increasingly prominent lawyer who has recognised expertise in the banking and finance area. He regularly assists with real estate financing, asset-based financings and acquisition finance.“)
  • In the Capital Markets category Vlastimil Pihera is once again recommende („Vlastimil Pihera is very appreciated by clients who love his style.“).

Kyberbezpečnost nově: tisíce firem čekají nové povinnosti. Iniciativa je plně na podnikateli.

Od 1. listopadu 2025 čeká tisíce firem v České republice napříč různými odvětvími zásadní změna v oblasti kybernetické regulace. Nový zákon o kybernetické bezpečnosti spolu s řadou doprovodných právních předpisů totiž výrazně rozšiřuje okruh subjektů, na které bude dopadat. Cílem regulace je zvýšit odolnost technické infrastruktury vůči kybernetickým hrozbám. Místo úzkého okruhu pouze klíčových institucí se nová pravidla budou vztahovat na široké spektrum firem a organizací, které poskytují tzv. regulované služby. Jde o služby zásadní pro fungování společnosti a státu, jejichž narušení či výpadek by mohly mít negativní dopady na bezpečnost státu, ekonomickou stabilitu a každodenní chod společnosti.
