KŠB assisted in financing the iconic Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa
KŠB has been providing long-term legal advice to J&T Bank in connection with debt financing for Czech entrepreneurs. One of the most recent transactions involved granting a loan to the Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa, one of Prague’s most renowned boutique hotels, owned by Giorgio Bonelli, a prominent figure in the Italian business community in the Czech Republic.

The hotel is located just a few steps from Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, in the heart of the Lesser Town. It occupies four historic townhouses, the oldest of which – the House at the Infant Jesus – dates back more than five centuries. It houses an excellent restaurant and facilities for business meetings, often hosting events organized by foreign chambers of commerce.
The transaction was led by Josef Kříž under the supervision of partner Martin Krejčí. Tomáš Trávníček and Marek Dunda also participated in the deal.
