Advising J&T Banka on the 2.1 billion CZK acquisition of the Rustonka administrative building in Karlín (Prague) which the bank currently has its headquarters with 750 employees.
Advising J&T Real Estate on the acquisition of a portfolio of agricultural businesses, including all agriculturall land in the Czech Republic with the area exceeding 3,000 ha.
Advising the European Union Agency for the Space Programme on the implementation of the EGNOS project, including advising on the procurement procedures and contract negotiation and management related to the placement of more than 40 Ranging and Integrity Monitoring Stations in various jurisdictions.
Long-term advisory to VGP Group, a pan-European developer, manager and owner of high-quality logistics and semi-industrial real estate, in relation to implemenation of its projects and lease agreements negotiation.
