Webinar in cooperation with Legal 500

KŠB, in cooperation with the prestigious rating agency Legal 500, organized a webinar on the topic of Post Covid M&A - A new normal for navigating the transactional landscape in the Czech Republic?

The future of M&A transactions was discussed at the webinar by KŠB partners Dagmar Dubecká, Martin Šolc, Drahomír Tomašuk and Jan Lasák and together with them the managing partner of the consulting company CORPIN Jiří Hák. The aim of the webinar was to introduce participants to the basic information they need for orientation in the investment environment in the Czech Republic, and to outline trends that will affect transactions in the covid and post-covid period.
