The future of M&A transactions was discussed at the webinar by KŠB partners Dagmar Dubecká, Martin Šolc, Drahomír Tomašuk and Jan Lasák and together with them the managing partner of the consulting company CORPIN Jiří Hák. The aim of the webinar was to introduce participants to the basic information they need for orientation in the investment environment in the Czech Republic, and to outline trends that will affect transactions in the covid and post-covid period. That's right, both are large online platforms designated by the Commission under the Digital Services Act (along with Booking.com, Google Maps, TikTok, Zalando, WhatsApp, and others).
