KŠB advised ARETE INVEST’s real-estate fund on one of the largest Czech-Slovak real estate transactions this year.

The transaction involved the sale of a portfolio of 11 logistics and industrial parks in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to Australia-based fund Cromwell. The value of the transaction amounts to EUR 113 million. The buyer acquired a total lease area of over 125 thousand square meters and 140 thousand square meters of land for construction. The transaction is expected to be settled in the first quarter of 2021.

KŠB previously advised the ARETE INVEST Group on establishing the fund, the purchase of individual properties and the development thereof, as well as during financing and refinancing.
