Kateřina Štěpánková on the Labour Code “Flex Amendment” in a Legalweb Survey
KŠB attorney Kateřina Štěpánková gave an interview to the professional portal Legalweb as part of a survey focused on practical experience with the so-called “flex amendment” to the Labour Code. Since 2025, this amendment has introduced a number of significant changes to employment relationships, such as adjustments to the running of notice periods and the extension of the maximum length of probationary periods.

In the interview, Kateřina Štěpánková also comments on upcoming developments in labour law in 2026, highlighting in particular the transposition of the Pay Transparency Directive, which is expected to pose a real challenge for many employers.
