Seyfor Group, one of Europe's largest ICT solutions providers and KSB’s long-standing clients, has once again expanded its portfolio. This time it has acquired a 100% stake in the company KS – program.
With this acquisition, Seyfor increases its market share in the area of payroll and HR systems for medium and large enterprises. KS - program's clients include Škoda Praha, Hyundai Motor Czech, as well as the Senate and the Moravian-Silesian regional government.
KSB's team of Ján Béreš, Josef Novotný and Drahomír Tomašuk, supplemented by other colleagues who handled specific issues, was in charge of legal due diligence and drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation.
