KŠB advised the seller on the sale of mcePharma to the Brenntag Group
The acquisition of mcePharma, a company focused on the development and production of innovative food supplements, complementary pet feed, and cosmetics, represents a strategic step for the Brenntag Group to strengthen its presence in the Life Sciences market in the EMEA region.
This was already the second successful sale of a company managed by Mr. Mikeš – we previously represented him in the sale of IMCoPharma to the Barentz Group.

The existing lending banks, Raiffeisenbank Czech Republic and Tatra banka, decided to continue supporting Seyfor’s growth, with Slovenská sporiteľňa joining the financing as a new lender.
