KŠB advised the seller on the sale of mcePharma to the Brenntag Group

The KŠB team, consisting of Vlastimil Pihera, Jakub Porod, and Dominika Bazalová, provided legal advice to the seller, Mr. Ivan Mikeš, in connection with the sale of 100% of the shares in mcePharma to the international Brenntag Group, a global leader in the distribution of chemicals and ingredients.

The acquisition of mcePharma, a company focused on the development and production of innovative food supplements, complementary pet feed, and cosmetics, represents a strategic step for the Brenntag Group to strengthen its presence in the Life Sciences market in the EMEA region.

This was already the second successful sale of a company managed by Mr. Mikeš – we previously represented him in the sale of IMCoPharma to the Barentz Group.
