ARETE Park Rokycany II offers nearly 30,000 m² of modern warehouse and office space and recently received the BREEAM® New Construction certification at the Very Good level. Its appeal lies not only in its high technical standard but also in its strategic location near the D5 motorway and its strong tenant, the German logistics group Thomas Duvenbeck.
The transaction represents an important milestone in the ARETE group’s strategy focused on long-term portfolio value growth. The proceeds will be reinvested in acquisitions abroad, in line with the goal to diversify investments beyond the Czech market.
