Dana Jacková is a counsel of KŠB. In her practice, she focuses on real estate law, particularly construction law. In addition to real estate transactions and drafting contractual documentation for construction projects, she specializes in providing advice in administrative proceedings and representing clients in civil litigation as well as disputes before administrative courts related to construction. Dana also focuses on protecting the intellectual property rights of authors in the field of construction.
