Advising OAMP Holding on the Purchase of Land in the Mošnov Industrial Zone
The KŠB team provided legal advice to OAMP Holding, jointly owned by CONCENS INVESTMENTS and Colorizo Investment, on the purchase of 513,000 m² of land in the strategic Mošnov Industrial Zone (Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park).
The buyer's goal is to develop logistics facilities on the site for the end user, with BMW as the primary tenant. The new plant will significantly contribute to the region's further development and job creation.
Our team, consisting of Jiří Horník and Dana Jacková assisted primarily in the preparation and negotiation of the acquisition and other contractual documentation with the Statutory City of Ostrava.
