Zuzana Císařová and Martin Krčmář Join KŠB’s Team of Attorneys

KŠB’s legal team was expanded recently by the addition of two new attorneys: Zuzana Císařová and Martin Krčmář. Zuzana is a specialist in intellectual property law, media and advertising, labour law, litigation and arbitration proceedings, while Martin specializes in competition law, unfair competition, and state aid law.

Zuzana has worked as an attorney since 1998. She is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague, where she obtained a JUDr. degree in 2002. She also expanded her legal knowledge during studies in Germany. From 2001 through 2006, she worked as the chairwoman of the Ethics Commission of the Appellate Committee of the International Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (now the Association of Innovative Pharmaceutical Manufacturers) in the field of advertising self-regulation. She has published several articles in professional magazines focused on intellectual property law, in particular in relation to information technologies and international law. She has also been an active, long-term lecturer.

Martin (31) first joined KŠB as a junior lawyer in 2010. He is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno and, at the turn of 2007 and 2008, he studied in a postgraduate program focused on the European Union at the Law Faculty of Universidad de La Coruña in Spain. Two years later he underwent an internship at the Directorate General for Competition in Brussels. Martin specializes in competition law, unfair competition, and state aid law.
