New Attorneys at KSB - Radka Felgrová and Martin Škrabal14/01/09 / News

Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík, recognized as the Czech Republic's leading law firm in corporate law by the November survey of ePravo.cz, expanded its team of attorneys by two new members, Radka Felgrová and Martin Škrabal.

Radka Felgrová provides legal advice focused on litigation and arbitration proceedings, insolvency law and state aid. She holds degrees from the Faculty of Law at Charles University and the Faculty of International Relationships at the University of Economics in Prague. She also studied at Heidelberg University, Germany and the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo. She joined KSB in 2007 as a junior lawyer before becoming an attorney in 2009. Before joining KSB, Radka Felgrová worked for a major German law firm and gained experience working for government agency CzechInvest in respect of foreign direct investment into the Czech Republic. She provides legal services not only in the Czech language but also in English and German.

Martin Škrabal focuses on real estate law, competition law and unfair competition and administrative proceedings and litigation concerning administrative decisions. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno and also studied acquis communautaire at the University of Aix-en-Provence, France. He joined KSB in 2004 as a junior lawyer and became an attorney in 2008. He provides legal services not only in the Czech language but also in English and French.
