KSB advises Seyfor on two more acquisitions

The Seyfor Group acquired 100% of Datacruit and entered Recruitis.io s.r.o. by acquiring more than one-third of the company. We provided comprehensive legal advice, including assisting with offers, term sheets, legal due diligence, negotiating and preparing contract documentation, ensuring a swift closing of the transaction and other sub-tasks. For Seyfor, this was the second "double" in its history, involving the acquisition of two products targeting the same, yet new to Seyfor, market element. The first involved transactions of the companies developing the Dotyčka and Markeeta POS systems.
Today, Seyfor's technology group has customers in almost forty countries, and its turnover is growing regularly by around 30% to more than four billion crowns at present.
Drahomír Tomašuk, Ján Béreš and Josef Novotný assisted in the transactions, supported by KSB colleagues Karolina Vosátková, Viktor Zelinka and Patricie Stará.
