KSB Advises Jamf on Acquisition of Wandera

KSB has once again expanded its reach in IT acquisitions by advising US software company Jamf, which developed Jamf Pro, an application used to configure and automate IT management tasks for macOS, iOS, iPadOS and tvOS devices. KSB advised Jamf on its acquisition of Wandera, a software developer that provides protection against security threats on mobile devices to businesses all around the globe.

KSB’s team (Drahomír Tomašuk, Ján Béreš, Michal Hanuš, Jaroslav Zahradníček and Ondřej Siška) advised Jamf on legal due diligence, negotiation of the acquisition agreements, and specific option agreements for employees.

The value of the transaction is USD 400 million.
