Shared understanding of legal and tax matters
The interpretation of the new laws and practical original solutions to legal problems have been offered by the KŠB Institut educational platform since 2012. In the form of seminars, lectures and tailor-made workshops, it provides managers, statutory representatives, in-house lawyers, notaries or auditors and other interested parties with expert insight into current legal issues. Our seminars are conducted in such a way that they are beneficial not only for professionals, but also for participants from the general public who are interested in specific issues. The KŠB Institute team consists of experienced lecturers with extensive legal practice, led by Professor Jan Dědič, a leading Czech expert in commercial law, who was involved in the creation of many laws - including the Commercial Corporations Act - and participated in parts of the new Civil Code affecting entrepreneurs.

As a renowned Czech law firm, KŠB is fully aware of its social responsibility, and therefore also participates in supporting fellow citizens in difficult life situations. The main activity of KŠB in the area of socially beneficial projects is the support of the Committee of Good Will - Olga Havel Foundation, specifically the Nová rodina and Senior projects. Through the annual Benefit Concerts for the Committee of Good Will, which KŠB has been organizing since 1995, a considerable amount of funding has been raised for these projects over the years with significant contributions from clients, friends and entities cooperating with KŠB. In September 2008, KŠB was awarded the Via Foundation Prize for Long-Term Partnership for its long-term support of the Committee of Good Will - Olga Havel Foundation.
In 2008, KŠB signed a pro bono declaration, the main goal of which is to support the development of pro bono legal services for lawyers in the Czech Republic.
