Drafting EU Growth Prospectuses for Avant Investment Group
KŠB’s team led by Vlastimil Pihera and Josef Kříž assisted Avant Financial Group in drafting two EU growth prospectuses. The company that controls Avant, a leading Czech investment company, will use the respective issues to finance its acquisition activities in order to further develop the group.
The funds raised can be used to purchase suitable investment shares or finance acquisitions in the property development, energy and engineering sectors. The group's portfolio also includes the Nemomax real estate fund and the RN TECH SICAV technology fund.

European Commission Proposes Transforming EUSPA into European Union Space Services Agency
On April 7, 2026, the European Commission published a proposal for a regulation establishing the European Union Space Services Agency (EUSSA), amending Regulation (EU) 2021/696. The proposal [COM(2026) 152 final] significantly expands the mandate of the existing EUSPA, headquartered in Prague, and nearly doubles its budget.
