BiQ Group Acquires PUXdesign

BiQ Group has offices in 12 regions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with more than 460 developers. BiQ Group’s customers come from EU member states as well as the UK, the US, Australia, Vietnam and others. Its size places it alongside the likes of Seyfor (Solitea), Aricoma and Thein.
The transactional part of the acquisition was led by Josef Kříž, the legal due diligence was handled by Jana Guričová, and the entire transaction was supervised by Jan Lasák as the partner in charge.
