KSB scores in Chambers Global 2022
The renowned British rating agency Chambers and Partners once again recommends Kocián Šolc Balaštík in its current publication “Chambers Global 2022”.
KŠB succeeded again in all categories evaluated in the global yearbook, namely:
- Banking & Finance
- Capital Markets
- Corporate and M&A
- Dispute Resolution
Dagmar Dubecká and Martin Šolc (category Mergers / Acquisitions and Corporate Law), Pavel Dejl (Dispute Resolution), Martin Krejčí (Banking & Finance) and Vlastimil Pihera (Capital Markets) are also recommended in the new yearbook.

KŠB has been providing long-term legal advice to J&T Bank in connection with debt financing for Czech entrepreneurs. One of the most recent transactions involved granting a loan to the Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa, one of Prague’s most renowned boutique hotels, owned by Giorgio Bonelli, a prominent figure in the Italian business community in the Czech Republic.
