KŠB advised on the sale of Forum Karlin complex
KŠB advised the seller on the sale of a group of real estate assets in Prague’s Karlín district to the real estate fund of Amundi Czech Republic. The heart of this complex is the multi-purpose Forum Karlín hall that hosts musical, social, and professional events.

The property was designed by the team of architect Ricardo Bofill and in 2014 it was awarded a special jury prize in “Best of Realty” for developing Karlín. Total gross leasable area of the complex is more than 21,000 sq. m (226,042 sq. ft). The two parties agreed to disclose neither the value nor other details of this transaction. KŠB’s core team consisted of Jiří Horník, Ján Béreš and Ota Mach. The seller was also advised by Savills Czech Republic’s investment team.

Project Financing of a Strategic Logistics Complex in Nymburk

The KŠB team, led by partner Dagmar Dubecká and attorney Jana Guričová, provided legal advisory to Japanese company Ushio Inc., a global leader in semiconductor technologies and specialized lighting for the automotive and industrial sectors, in connection with its acquisition of the Entertainment& Industrial Lamps segment from the Austrian-based ams-OSRAM Group, a company with over a century of history.

This year’s edition of the Smetanova Litomyšl festival concluded with the concert Grand Finale – An American Story, held under the patronage of our firm.
