KŠB Advises on the Establishment of FIDUROCK Retail Parks Fund SICAV
Kocián Šolc Balaštík advised Fidurock on the establishment of FIDUROCK Retail Parks Fund SICAV, an investment fund targeting qualified investors and focused on areal estate portfolio in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The fund was established aspart of Fidurock Group’s long-term investment strategy. Founded by David Hauerland and Petr Valenta, the group will contribute to the fund its entire portfolio of fourteen retail parks, which have a high overall occupancy rate, includingthe recently acquired Arkáda Prostějov shopping centre.
By establishing the fund,Fidurock is opening its retail parks portfolio to new institutional andqualified investors. Unlike the group’s previously launched fund, which focused on residential rental properties, the new fund is intended exclusively forqualified investors, with a minimum investment of CZK 1 million.
KŠB’s team, led by Vlastimil Pihera with the support of Josef Kříž and Ota Mach, successfully guided the client through the entire legal process, including the establishment of the fund, transaction structuring, and the preparation of the relevant documentation, as well as the structuring of relationships within the investment group and with new investors.
