2011 Industrial Land Conference
KSB attorney Tomáš Sequens gave an expert presentation titled “Potential compensation for damages from changes, if any, to zoning plans that render original intentions impossible” at the 2011 Industrial Landscape Conference in Havirov on 22 March 2011.

The Conference focused on environmental issues and nature preservation in the Moravian-Silesian Region, as well as problems relating to mining-affected sites. The programme also included the topic of water management on industrial premises.
Environmental, energy, mining and legal aspects of these industries are among those practice areas in which KSB attorneys have extensive knowledge and experience.

Project Financing of a Strategic Logistics Complex in Nymburk
KŠB provided legal advice to Facility Develop Group in securing two separate financings granted by Trinity Bank. The funds will be used for the development and expansion of a large logistics park in Nymburk, which is of key importance to the infrastructure of the entire Central Bohemian Region.

This year’s edition of the Smetanova Litomyšl festival concluded with the concert Grand Finale – An American Story, held under the patronage of our firm.
