KSB Advises on Sale of FK Teplice

AGC Glass Europe (formerly Glaverbel and Glavunion) produces flat glass for the construction industry (external glazing and interior decoration), the automotive industry (new and replacement car glass), solar power applications and specialised industries. It has been the owner of FK Teplice, as well as our client, for over 30 years. Cooperation between AGC and the club does not end with this move, however, as a close partnership is still planned in the field of social responsibility and the development of the youth academy.
The buyer is a company from the Accolade Group, which operates in the industrial realestate market, focusing on investment, development and leasing of space for companies in the e-commerce, manufacturing and logistics sectors. For Accolade, the purchase is a strategic decision, as it intends to strengthen its presence in Teplice in the long term and take part in helping the entire region grow.
Our assistance during the lengthy negotiation of the transaction included negotiating the acquisition agreement and related documentation, as well as helping to resolve issues discovered during the due diligence.
