KSB successful in Chambers Global 2024

In the recently published "Chambers Global 2024 Guide" published by Chambers & Partners, KŠB and its representatives are recommended in all four categories rated in the Czech Republic, namely: Banking Corporate/M&A Capital Markets Dispute Resolution

Pavel Dejl is once again ranked as one of the leading litigation experts in the Czech Republic, with clients praising him as "a very experienced lawyer with a strong business approach and the ability to combine a legal and a commercial approach."

In the corporate/M&A category, the yearbook highlights the highly experienced team led by Dagmar Dubecká ("Dagmar Dubecká is well placed to handle a broad array of matters, including squeeze-outs, sales and acquisitions as well as cooperation agreements.") and Martin Šolc ("Founding partner Martin Šolc is appreciated for his breadth of expertise in handling complex and often cross-border acquisitions across the hospitality and mobility solutions sectors.")

In banking, Martin Krejčí is recognized by clients for his ability "to pick what is crucial to his client and focus on defending his clients' position in these domains", and in capital markets Vlastimil Pihera is acknowledged for his skill in bringing “innovative and pragmatic, yet legally sound, solutions in many fields.").

The yearbook is the result of an analysis of a number of criteria, with the greatest weight given to the experiences and opinions of the clients themselves. We would therefore like to thank them in particular for their positive feedback on our work. We also congratulate all of our colleagues on this ranking, which is the result of their many years of exceptional work in their respective specializations.
