BiQ Group Acquires PUXdesign

KSB’s team advised Lukáš Novák's investment group InTeFi Capital, namely its technology division BiQ Group, on the acquisition of PUXdesign. PUXdesign specializes in web technologies and its clients include well-known brands such as Heineken, Škoda auto and Komerční banka.

Our team also advised BiQ Group on a majority of its previous acquisitions, which currently includes companies such as Bootiq, EEA, Novasoft and Bluesoft. BiQ Group has offices in 12 regions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with more than 460 developers. BiQ Group’s customers come from EU member states as well as the UK, the US, Australia, Vietnam and others. Its size places it alongside the likes of Seyfor (Solitea), Aricoma and Thein.

The transactional part of the acquisition was led by Josef Kříž, the legal due diligence was handled by Jana Guričová, and the entire transaction was supervised by Jan Lasák as the partner in charge.
