Family property management structures
In the last ten years, we can observe a growing demand for asset structures ensuring the intergenerational transfer of property (estate planning) and its protection (asset protection). These needs were also met by the new Civil Code, which liberalized foundation law and, above all, implemented the concept of the trust fund into Czech law. KŠB has exceptional expertise in this area.
We have provided legal and tax services in connection with the largest trust funds that were established in the Czech Republic.
