KŠB Names New Partner and Counsel

Drahomír Tomašuk has been an attorney-at-law since 2003. He specializes in telecommunication law, personal data protection, banking, corporate law, including corporate groups, and administrative proceedings, including administrative justice. The international rating publication Legal 500 lists Drahomír as an expert in telecommunication law.
Martin Kubík has been an attorney-at-law since 2008. He specializes in securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, corporate law, including corporate groups, and personal data protection. Martin is also featured in the international rating publication Legal 500 as an expert in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
“Drahomír and Martin are both great attorneys with excellent prerequisites for their new positions at KŠB, not only because of their diligent work as attorneys but also for their active approach in further strengthening the good name for our law firm.
