KŠB Wins Civil Lawsuit regarding Power Generation Unit Delivery Contract

KŠB represented the contractor of a North Bohemian powerplant in a dispute with the customer over payment of the contractor’s fee. The dispute also involved the customer’s claim for a contractual fine and fee under an alleged contract for work and executive personnel. KŠB won the dispute and defended the client against the other party’s claims both before the first instance regional court and the high appellate court. 

In the dispute, KŠB was able to capitalize on its long-standing and unique experience with the construction and operation of energy and infrastructure units and associated contractual agenda in relationships between power generation customers and contractors as well as on its defence of clients in complex lawsuits with a specific focus which are significant also in terms of the financial values involved.
