A Landmark Transaction in Czech IT History: Seyfor Acquires 100% of Dotykačka
The KŠB team, led by Ján Béreš and Drahomír Tomašuk, was pleased to provide legal advice to our long-standing client, Seyfor, in its acquisition of full control over Dotykačka ČR, the leader of the Czech point-of-sale systems market.
This billion-crown acquisition marks the culmination of a long entrepreneurial journey—from the purchase of the initial minority stake in 2019 (which we also advised on) to the final step of achieving 100% ownership. Thanks to its unique position, Dotykačka has become a key pillar in Seyfor’s growth not only in the Czech Republic but also in other markets the company is expanding into.

KŠB has been providing long-term legal advice to J&T Bank in connection with debt financing for Czech entrepreneurs.
