KŠB Represents Tachyum in Czech Insolvency Proceedings
KŠB is acting as legal counsel to Tachyum in the company’s ongoing insolvency proceedings before the Regional Court in Brno. The proceedings were initiated based a creditor’s petition in relation to unpaid wages and other obligations owed to employees and suppliers.

Tachyum is a Slovak-American technology startup that has publicly pursued the development of the Prodigy universal processor, with the aim of competing with advanced semiconductor solutions. The company has faced repeated delays in product development and operational problems, including instances of insolvency among its subsidiaries.
In the insolvency process, KŠB provides Tachyum with full-scale legal services, including court representation, handling of creditors’ claims, and legal advice on potential options for addressing financial distress, all with a focus on safeguarding the client’s rights and interests under applicable insolvency law.
This engagement reflects KŠB’s ongoing expertise in insolvency law, restructuring, and corporate legal services for clients navigating complex legal and financial challenges.
