KSB advises participants in KSK BONO and Bono Servis on disposal of their interests
The KSK BONO group is a leading Czech producer of pet food and holds asignificant market share in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.The deal will allow the company to expand existing production capacity undertraditional KSK BONO brands and, thanks to MISPOL, penetrate into other foreignmarkets, in particular those in Russia, Byelorussia and the Baltic republics.
