KŠB was involved in the Private Equity Deal of the Year – the sale of Webglobe received an award at the CVCA & SLOVCA Awards 2025

Webglobe, a portfolio company of Sandberg Capital, has transformed into a regional web hosting leader in Central Europe since 2019.
Thanks to an ambitious acquisition strategy, the company completed 19 acquisitions during the partnership, now manages nearly 300,000 domains for 100,000 clients, and covers approximately 10% of all national domain registrations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Serbia.
In May 2024, Webglobe was successfully sold to the European digital group group.one. The KŠB team assisted Webglobe with all of its Czech acquisitions and helped prepare the company for a successful exit, providing legal advisory to the sellers – Igor Strečko and Sandberg Capital. Legal support on the Slovak part of the transaction was provided by Barger Prekop, and in Serbia by Moravčević, Vojnović and Partners.
Congratulations to all finalists and winners – and thank you for a wonderful evening spent among top professionals from the PE/VC community across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and beyond!
