Jiří Horník to Speak at IATA Legal Conference
Jiří Horník will speak during a panel discussion on the liability of carriers regarding transportation of goods. The panel will primarily look at whether carriers’ limited liability for consignments which was granted by the 1999 Montreal Convention is sustainable in the modern global world of transport and at how courts in various jurisdictions deal with such limited liability.
The Legal Symposium is to be attended by airline representatives, attorneys at law, in-house lawyers and representatives from regulatory bodies.
