Jan Šovar novým advokátem KŠB

Před svým nástupem do KŠB vedl legislativu kapitálového trhu na Ministerstvu financí. Pracoval mimo jiné ve Výboru evropských regulátorů cenných papírů v Paříži a v Deutsche Bank v Londýně.

Jan vystudoval Vysokou školu ekonomickou a Právnickou fakultu Univerzity Karlovy. Zaměřuje se zejména na právo finančního trhu, mj. dematerializované cenné papíry, investiční fondy a investiční a platební služby. Aktuálně též na fenomén FinTech.

Je autorem komentářů, článků a příspěvků, které se k těmto tématům vztahují. V této oblasti také v tuzemsku i v zahraničí přednáší. Mezi jiným je také spolu spoluautorem komentářů k zákonu upravujícího podnikání na kapitálovém trhu, zákonu o investičních společnostech a investičních fondech nebo občanskému zákoníku.
