KŠB advises on the sale of a majority stake in Znakon Group to enteria
KŠB provided legal advice on the sale of a 75% stake in Znakon, Znakon Asfalt and Znakon Servis to enteria, a Pardubice-based group and one of the Czech Republic’s largest construction holdings.
Headquartered near Strakonice, Znakon Group specialises primarily in transport infrastructure. The two groups complement each other both geographically and across their respective areas of construction expertise. The transaction also includes Znakon Group’s interests in two asphalt production companies, Strakonická obalovna and Středočeské obalovny.
Znakon will continue to operate under its established brand, with enteria set to acquire the remaining interests gradually over the next five years. The transaction remains subject to clearance by the Czech Competition Authority.
KŠB’s team included partner Dagmar Dubecká and senior associate Ota Mach. Patria Corporate Finance acted as financial adviser to the seller.
