Jan Lasák and Vlastimil Pihera Become KŠB Partners

Counsels Jan Lasák and Vlastimil Pihera were made partners at KŠB as of 1 January 2020.

Jan Lasák has been an attorney since 2012. He specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, including restructuring and compliance. In addition to his practical legal experience, Jan is also an avid university lecturer. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Private Law and Civil Procedure at Palacký University Law School in Olomouc, where he is responsible for teaching corporate law.

Vlastimil Pihera has been an attorney since 2008, specializing in securities and capital markets, investment funds and companies, collective investment and public regulation of financial institutions. He works at the Institute of State and Law and is a member of the Appeal Committee of the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade. Vlastimil was recently awarded by the Minister of Justice Marie Benešová for his contribution to Czech legislation on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Czech Government’s Legislative Council. IFLR1000 recommends Vlastimil as a specialist for capital markets in the Czech Republic.
