Directors’ Liability and Indemnification: A Global Guide, Second Edition
KSB attorneys Petr Kasík and Juraj Hudák wrote an exclusive contribution on liability of directors and its specific issues in the Czech legal environment. The text was published in the international publication Directors’ Liability and Indemnification.

The publication reviews and summarizes legislation in a number of jurisdictions world-wide applicable to liability, indemnification and insurance of directors, and outlines the most significant risks involved in or resulting from the management of companies. The guide was published by the distinguished British publisher of legal literature Globe Law and Business.

Project Financing of a Strategic Logistics Complex in Nymburk

Legal Advisory to Japanese Group Ushio on the Acquisition of a Division of ams-OSRAM

Smetanova Litomyšl Comes to a Close with Music and a Message of Solidarity
This year’s edition of the Smetanova Litomyšl festival concluded with the concert Grand Finale – An American Story, held under the patronage of our firm. In addition to delivering a remarkable musical experience, the evening also served a charitable purpose: proceeds supported the Olga Havel Foundation (Výbor dobré vůle – Nadace Olgy Havlové), helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds pursue their education.
