KŠB assists GRIDARCH a.s. with the acquisition of a large land parcel in Hřebeč for the development of a logistics park.
KŠB provided comprehensive legal advice to GRIDARCH a.s. onthe acquisition of land in Hřebeč.
A consolidated plot of land measuring approximately 243,000 m² is located in the Hřebeč cadastral area and is designated for the construction of a logistics park. The transaction was executed through two framework agreements for future contracts, and its expected value upon settlement will be in the tens of millions of euros.
GRIDARCH a.s. was represented in the transaction by a team consisting of Jiří Horník, Jakub Porod, and Matouš Kruppa.
