KSB Represents Dagmar Havlová in Entry of New Investor into Lucerna Palace

Dagmar Dubecká, Martin Šolc and Ota Mach advised Dáša Havlová (the wife of the late Ivan Havel, brother of former President Václav Havel) on transferring Lucerna Palace and assisted her with involving a new investor, BTL Healthcare Technologies, a Czech manufacturing company engaged in the production of medical and cosmetic products.
As part of the newly created structure, Lucerna Palace was incorporated into Palác PL, in which BTL now holds a 75% stake, with the remaining quarter owned by Ms. Havlová. Thanks to BTL's investment and Dáša Havlová's unwavering enthusiasm and passion, Lucerna is set to continue the renovation work already underway, including the restoration of the historic balustrades on the roof terraces, which will be used for social events, and the restoration of the part facing Štěpánská Street.
