Advising the Focus Estate Fund on the sale of retail parks
KŠB’s team (Jiří Horník, Luděk Vrána, Jakub Porod, Zuzana Slabá) assisted the Focus Estate Fund in the sale of the Centro Ostrava Retail Park in Ostrava and Most Retail Park in Most to the Czech investment group DRFG. The tenants of the spaces in the retail parks include JYSK, Mountfield, Sportisimo and Breno Carpets. The total leasable area of both parks is 14,170 m2.

Focus Estate Fund is a real estate investment fund focusing on retail real estate in Central and Eastern Europe. The fund's strategy is to invest in existing medium-sized commercial real estate emerging European markets.
KŠB assisted the client in the previous purchase of the Most Retail Park and provided it with other services related to the operation of both parks.

The buyer is the REICO LONG LEASE fund, managed by REICO Erste Asset Management. The fund primarily invests in logistics, industrial, retail, office, and other commercial properties, mainly in the Central European region.
