KŠB assisted Sandberg Capital in the acquisition of DAKTELA

The KŠB team led by Drahomír Tomašuk and Ján Béreš assisted in another significant acquisition in the field of IT. Through the new Sandberg Investment Fund II, the client, Sandberg Capital, acquired a 40% stake in the Czech technology company DAKTELA, which provides comprehensive solutions for contact centres and communication with customers.

Sandberg Capital has been in business since 2014 and focuses on acquisitions of companies in areas such as IT, telecommunications, agriculture, education and retail.

DAKTELA has been operating on the Czech market since 2005 and has more than 850 clients (including Rohlík, Mall, Bohemia Energy and Notino) in five countries - in addition to the Czech market, it is active in Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and the United Kingdom. The partnership with Sandberg Capital will enable the company to develop products and expand into other foreign markets.

KSB’s legal advice consisted of conducting a due diligence of the DAKTELA Group and preparing and negotiating an acquisition and shareholder agreement.
