KŠB' assistance in the acquisition of a stake in Revolgy Business Solutions

The KŠB team led by partner Drahomír Tomašuk and lawyer Ján Béreš represented the investment company Sandberg Capital in the acquisition of a 35% stake in Revolgy Business Solutions, a company providing digital transformation services through cloud infrastructure and online communication tools, whose clients include Avast, Česká spořitelna , Kofola or Fincentrum.

KŠB's services consisted mainly in performing a legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of acquisition agreements, the shareholder agreement and all related documents.
