New commentary released with contributions by KŠB attorneys

C. H. Beck has published the first part of commentary on the new Civil Code. With contributions from KŠB attorneys Vlastimil Pihera and Jan Lasák.

The first part of the commentary covers rights in remand provides newly-conceived interpretations of traditional institutions such as holdings, ownership including co-ownership, easements and apartments, as well as interpretations of new terms, for example “third-party item management”. Thanks to their rich experience, the renowned authors – who also contributed to previous commentaries – interpret certain ambiguous passages in the new Civil Code.
