A Distinguished June Visit to KŠB: Gisela Bergmann, Princess of Liechtenstein

Princess Gisela spoke at an event we organized together with Industrie- und Finanzkontor Ets. for our clients and partners. In her speech, she focused on asset management, with an emphasis on long-term protection and growth. The next part of the program led by Dr. Johanna Niegel, TEP, highlighted the advantages of the Liechtenstein financial centre, foundations as a tool for long-term inheritance planning, and the legal aspects to be considered under Czech law when establishing international wealth structures.

The KŠB team provided legal advice to its long-standing client Seyfor in connection with the continuation and expansion of its syndicated financing. The existing lending banks, Raiffeisenbank Czech Republic and Tatra banka, decided to continue supporting Seyfor’s growth, with Slovenská sporiteľňa joining the financing as a new lender.
