New Issue of Prestigious Annual Publication Chambers Europe Again Recommends KŠB

Renowned British rating company Chambers and Partners recommends KŠB and its lawyers in several categories in “Chambers Europe 2013”.

In the category of competition law, the publication mentions KŠB as one of the leading law firms in the Czech Republic and recommends KŠB Partner Pavel Dejl as one of the leading experts with the note: “He is highly respected for his knowledge of case law, and for his litigation and arbitration prowess.”

In the category of corporate law and M&A, the annual guide refers to major transactions involving KŠB and KŠB Partners Martin Šolc, Jiří Balaštík, and Managing Partner Dagmar Dubecká.

KŠB Partner Pavel Dejl was also noted in the field of dispute resolution, with the guide stating that “Practice head Pavel Dejl is well known for handling high-profile contentious matters. He maintains a stellar competition practice.”

KŠB was mentioned in other categories as well, such as energy law and project financing, in which KŠB Partner Václav Rovenský and senior associate Christian Blatchford are recommended; restructuring and insolvency, in which Dagmar Dubecká and Martin Šolc are recommended; and telecommunications, with senior associate Michal Kašpárek and counsel Hana Heroldová mentioned.

Moreover, the annual guide mentions KŠB with regard to tax consulting as well: “The team has the capacity to support clients in both cross-border and contentious work, and mandates tend to come from a mix of big domestic and foreign names.” KŠB Tax Partner Helena Navrátilová is listed as a key expert in the tax field.
