KSB Helps Václav Havel Library Change Its Legal Form
KSB’s team, led by Vlastimil Pihera, has advised the Václav Havel Library on a rare change of legal form from a public benefit corporation to a foundation, while maintaining all of its ongoing activities and projects.
We are pleased to have been able to cooperate with the Václav Havel Library and we are keeping our fingers crossed for its future activities in the foundation sphere.
